Initially I was disgruntled after losing with a premium pair to a med pp. But it happens. I had 10 bb's left and no choice to shove he knew it and he had a playable hand and called. I lose coin flips like this all the time.
But I was relieved shocked and now turned off by looking at the rebuy price in comparison to the payout stretched among a field of over 300 players.
I appreciate a free entry into the tournament dont get me wrong but rebuying for .50 when the min cash is .19 and top player out of such a huge field pays 6 dollars total makes no sense what so ever.
IMHO the structures need to be reexamined. Maybe pay less players so that the rewards wont be so irrelevant or tighten up on the requirements to gain the password.
It seems that while the password is so easy to get the field will only continue to be larger than it is worth to play this tournament. Most joining are not even members here and do the same thing I would do. Enter after a simple google search.
Once again this is only a very new members opinion and first impression. I do understand that I may not be aware of all the logistics involved or the dynamics for which this tourney structure was designed to cater to. If I am wrong feel free to let me know. The last thing I want to do is to insult or anger anyone here. Guess I was just lookin for an outlet for my thoughts :) G
